Albert G. Bennett

Albert G. Bennett 78 of Holyoke passed away June 5, 2017 at Holyoke Medical Center. Born in Springfield, Ma. Feb. 7, 1939 he was the son of the late George and Murial (Ford) Bennett. He was a Navy veteran and served on board the U.S.S. Yosemite. Albert was a Truck Mechanic for the Digital Manufacturing Co. before his retirement. He enjoyed going to the American Legion Post 325 in Holyoke and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Dagenais) Bennett, his son George of Holyoke, daughters Kimberly Brown of Pittsfield and Holly Coburn of Springfield, a brother Steve Bennett of Springfield and a sister Judy Green of Fl., 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Military Honors and burial will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam Ma. on Mon. June 12th at 9 a.m. There are no calling hours.
