Alta Mae Sibley

Alta Mae (Carlisle) Sibley, formerly of South Hadley and Newfane, VT., went to her eternal home on August 19, 2016.  Alta, daughter to Ruth and Albert Carlisle, graduated from Bay Path College and worked at the Sibley’s Village Workshop.  She loved the Red Sox, reading, flea markets, antiques and especially her family.  She leaves her loving children Bonnie Hall, Beverly Lecuyer and husband Bob, Cynthia Strycharz, Daphne Kamenides and husband Michael.  She was a cherished grandmother to Rob, Sarah, Jenn, Dave, Becky, Greg, Jayson, Bobby and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Bill and son Jon. A celebration of life will be held at College Church in Northampton on Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 2:00p.m.
