Camden M. Jones

Camden M. Jones 16 of Springfield died Friday May 26, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Springfield Dec. 20, 2000 he was the son of Michael A. and Kathy (Jedziniak) Jones. He was a 10th grade student at Chicopee Comprehensive High School. Besides his parents he leaves behind his siblings Tyler A., Brianna M. and Sophie M. Jones all at home, his grandparents Kenneth A. and Pamela K. Jones and Linda Jedziniak along with several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. He was recently predeceased by a grandfather Robert Jedziniak in April. A Memorial Service will be held on June 18th at the Buttery Brook Park, 123 Willimansett St So. Hadley Ma. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
