George N. Robare Jr.

George N. Robare Jr. 80 of Chicopee passed away peacefully at home on June 10, 2017. Born in Easthampton  Ma. August 17, 1936 he has lived in Chicopee since 1968. He was a Draftsman at the Acme Chain co. in Holyoke for 20 yrs. retiring in 1985 and also served his country in the National guard from 1958-1961. George is survived by his children GeorgeRobare III, Mark Robare, Deanna Chelte and Cheryl Shaughnessy, 2 sisters , 3 brothers and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Notre Dame Cemetery on Thursday June 15 at 10 a.m. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 59 Bobala Rd. Holyoke Ma. 01040
