Nellie R. Mahoney

Nellie R. (Siok) Mahoney 70 of Chicopee died suddenly at home on March 6, 2017. Born in Holyoke March 3,1947 she attended Mater Dolorosa and Holyoke High schools and was the daughter of the late Chester and Rose (Lata) of Easthampton. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 yrs, Dieter , her son Carl (Ashley) Mahoney of St. Albans Vt., 2 sisters Ann Desorcy of So Hadley and Mary Stark of Chicopee, her beloved grandchildren Ava Lorrose, Finnegan James and Cooper Thomas, her niece and nephews Kimberly, Peter, David, Thomas and Keith, a step son Deiter Hunleth and 3 step grandchildren of Suffield Ct. and her brother in law Richard ( Debbie) Mahoney of  Coventry R.I. The funeral will be Sat. March 11th at 8:45 a.m. from the Dillon Funeral Home Inc. 124 Chestnut St. Holyoke Ma. followed by a Mass in St. Patricks Chapel of St. Jerome Church at 10 a.m. with burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery Easthampton Ma. Visiting will be Fri. March 10th from 4-8 p.m.
