Pre-payment is only required if you wish to guarantee the funeral costs. Payments may be made over a period of time but will not be guaranteed until they are paid in full.

If I pre-pay, where are my funds held?

Pre-paid funeral monies are held in a funeral trust or in other investment vehicles, such as, insurance policies or annuities.

What happens if the funeral home goes out of business?

Should the funeral home close, your funds, which are held separately, may be transferred to another funeral home of your choice or if allowable returned to you with interest.

Am I able to change my pre-arranged funeral plan?

Yes, updates and changes may be made to your arrangements at any time.

Can I change my arrangements to another funeral home?

Yes.
