Andrzej "Andy" B. Pasternak

Andrzej “Andy” B. Pasternak 74 of Holyoke died June 15, 2017. Born in Germany, March 8, 1943 he was the son of the late Bronislaw and Irena (Golec) Pasternak. Andy worked as a Machine Technician for the Specialty Loose Leaf Co. of Holyoke before retiring.  He loved to coach little league Baseball and Soccer and was an avid Red Sox, Bruins and Falcons fan. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 51 yrs.  Alice (Grover), his children Andrew Pasternak of Holyoke, Elizabeth  Musick  (Mark) of Palmer, and Barbara Emerson (Michael) of Mt. Croghan, S.C., Brothers  Casey  Pasternak of Chicopee and  Henry Pasternak of Florence and his sister Alice Bechta of Holyoke, 9 grandchildren and  5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will begin on Mon. June 19 at 9 a.m. from the Dillon & Edward F. Day Funeral Home 124 Chestnut St. Holyoke followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Cross Church, Holyoke with burial in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery So. Hadley. Visiting will be Sun. June 18th from 6-8 p.m.
