DANIEL A. AUGUSTO SR

Daniel Albert Augusto, Sr. passed away peacefully at home on July 25th. He was born in Holyoke, the son of the late Lillian(Sicard)Augusto. He was a polio survivor, who spent much time during his youth at Shriner’s Hospital. He was educated in the city schools and worked for the Department of Public Works. He retired in 1987, due to injury. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his son, Daniel Jr; his grandson, Tyler; and Brigetann and John Reilly, who considered him theirs as well, with whom he lived. He will be remembered for his love of his family, fishing and a good story. All arrangements are private at the request of the family.
