Luz M. Carabello

Luz M. (Reyes) Carabello was born on December 27, 1943 and passed away on Thursday June 22, 2017 with her family by her side. She was a devoted wife and mother and a resident of Holyoke Ma. at the time of her death. Luz was born in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and lived, married and worked in New York City until 1970 when her husband relocated the family to Holyoke Ma. Luz worked and retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Holyoke Soldiers Home. She is survived by Rene her husband of fifty two years, her son David and daughter Lisa, her brothers Maximilian and Antonio Reyes both of Puerto Rico, her sisters Delia Negron of Long Island, New York and Nilda Reyes of the Bronx, New York City, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family asks that in Lieu of flowers  donations be made in Memory of Luz M. Carabello to the Holyoke VNA Hospice Life Care located at 575 Beech St. Holyoke Ma.01040. There will be no funeral, only a Memorial Service that will be held on Saturday June 24, 2017 during the hours of 4-6 p.m.   May Her Soul Rest in Peace!
