Andrew Polak Obituary

Andrew Jeffrey Polak, 69, of New York City, formerly of Holyoke, Massachusetts, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020. He was born in Brookline, Massachusetts on May 6, 1951 to Harriet Frances Polak and Irving Polak. A graduate of Yale University (class of 1973), he had a career in technology and ultimately found his passion providing counseling and guidance to others. He cherished family above all else, especially his two daughters, Hilary and Ilana Polak and his fiance, EvaMarie Sotomil Suelan. May his memory be for a blessing to us all.
