Arthur Moore of Holyoke and formerly of Blacksburg S.C. Born in Blacksburg, Mr Moore was the son of the late Charlie and Maria (Upchurch), Mr Moore will be buried in Clingman Memorial gardens in Blacksburg. Services there will be conducted by the Gordon Funeral Home in Blacksburg.
