Obituary
Janet de los angeles Gomez, 59 of Holyoke passed away on Feb 21st at Holyoke Medical Center. Born in Medellin, Colombia Jan.11,1964 she was the daughter of Anibal Gomez and Nazareth ( Tejada ) Gomez and transitioned here March 7,1971. Janet loved to listen to music, sing & dance. She also liked to cook, which made her the cook for majority of family events. She liked to be outside and enjoy nice weather. She also liked to watch action movies in her pjs while just laying down on the couch. Most of all she loved being around those who mattered the most to her. She is survived by her children Carlos Ortiz and Felicia Fernandez, siblings Olmedo Gomez, Dorian Molina and Duver Gomez and 1 Granddaughter Ruth Janelly Ortiz. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday Feb 27th from 6-8 p.m. with burial at the convenience of the family.
