Joshua ( Josh ) Shewchuk, 40, of Holyoke passed away on May 22, 2021. Born in Holyoke November 4, 1980 he attended local schools and was a self - employed Flooring Contractor for several years working for various companies. He was an avid fisherman and his favorite spot was fishing at Cape Cod Canal for Stripers He is survived by his parents Michael and Mary Ellen Shewchuk of Holyoke and Ann Shewchuk and Fred Kurtz of Southampton his loving spouse Amber Lavallee, two daughters Daniella and Alexis Shewchuk at home, his siblings Michael, Peter, Kim, Meghan and Candace. His Uncle and Aunt, Peter (Janice) Shewchuk of Holyoke, Amber’s father Allan Lavallee, a nephew Nicolas with whom he shared a special bond, and many other nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. A Celebration of life will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday June 2nd from 6-8 p.m.
