Pre-payment is only required if you wish to guarantee the funeral costs. Payments may be made over a period of time but will not be guaranteed until they are paid in full.

Pre-paid funeral monies are held in a funeral trust  or in other investment vehicles, such as, insurance policies or annuities.

Should the funeral home close, your funds, which are held separately, may be transferred to another funeral home of your choice or if allowable returned to you with interest.
